SPA ALPARENA – WELLBEING AT THE SUMMIT
The spa at the Hôtel Alparena****& Spa, with its imposing 6-metre-high glass roof revealing the landscape like a painting, is a real invitation to relax, and a must during your stay in La Rosière.
A MOMENT OF RELAXATION
Combining soft colours, touches of plants and noble materials such as stone and wood, the atmosphere of the spa at the Hôtel Alparena**** & Spa is conducive to well-being.
To relax after a sporting day in the mountains, choose the whirlpool baths with their hydromassage jets, the saunas, the hammams or the Japanese baths.
The 15-metre swimming pool will delight swimmers, and for the little ones, the paddling pool will become the place to be on holiday.
The saunas and hammams are accessible from the age of 16. Hot tubs are permitted from age 14. For reasons of hygiene, we remind you that you must wear a swimsuit throughout the area. Only one-piece or two-piece sleeveless swimsuits above the knees are accepted.
A UNIQUE EXPERIENCE
On the first floor, a dedicated area for hotel guests* is equipped with a sauna, hammam and whirlpool bath, and gives access to the terrace which also includes a sauna and Japanese bath. A unique experience facing the Vanoise peaks, including Mont Pourri.

The fitness room is accessible to children under parental supervision.

The area on level 0 is open to guests of Les Balcons de la Rosière**** from 10 am to 12pm and from 3 pm to 8p m, every day except Wednesdays and Saturdays.
