SPA ALPARENA – WELLBEING AT THE SUMMIT
The spa at the Hôtel Alparena****& Spa, with its imposing 6-metre-high glass roof revealing the landscape like a painting, is a real invitation to relax, and a must during your stay in La Rosière.

Combining soft colours, touches of plants and noble materials such as stone and wood, the atmosphere of the spa at the Hôtel Alparena**** & Spa is conducive to well-being.
To relax after a sporting day in the mountains, choose the whirlpool baths with their hydromassage jets, the saunas, the hammams or the Japanese baths.
The 15-metre swimming pool will delight swimmers, and for the little ones, the paddling pool will become the place to be on holiday.
Access to the bubble baths, saunas and steam rooms is forbidden to children under 16.
A UNIQUE EXPERIENCE
On the first floor, a dedicated area for hotel guests is equipped with a sauna, hammam and whirlpool bath, and gives access to the terrace which also includes a sauna and Japanese bath. A unique experience facing the Vanoise peaks, including Mont Pourri.

For your sporting activities, a gym with modern equipment (bicycles, rowing machines, body-building machines…) is at your disposal.
The fitness room is accessible to children under parental supervision.
