Refined and creative cuisine
After a great day in the mountains, enjoy a gourmet meal in an intimate setting at Alpagio, the bar and restaurant of the Hôtel Alparena**** & Spa in La Rosière.
The cuisine of our Chef is inspired, French, and based on seasonal produce and fresh, revisited flavours. The Chef offers a carefully-crafted selection of à la carte dishes and daily menus that are renewed each week. Creative dishes that play on variations between crunchy, soft, intense and measured. A culinary experience not to be missed on your holiday in La Rosière.
You can also take advantage of the hotel bar to share a convivial moment with friends or family. Enjoy our delicious cocktails made by our barista.

We offer breakfast, half-board (including breakfast and dinner) or “à la carte” dinners in the Alpagio restaurant on the 1st floor of the hotel.

Dinner is served from 7pm to 9.30pm by reservation. We offer a half-board option. Each evening, choose from two starters, three main courses (meat, fish, vegetarian) and two desserts. You can also enjoy Savoyard specialities.

The Alpagio restaurant bar is open from 7pm to 11pm. We offer a selection of wines, beers, cocktails and mocktails, or other non-alcoholic drinks, accompanied by tasty appetizers to share.

Solario
Mountain Brasserie with a view
Between two sessions of skiing, treat yourself to a lunch break at the Solario restaurant. Savour the delicious and varied cuisine of a high-altitude bistro while admiring the breathtaking panorama of the mountains and the famous Mont Pourri.
In summer, enjoy a snack on the terrace or catch the last rays of sunshine while sipping a glass of wine or a house cocktail served by our Barista.
IN WINTER
Lunch
Our restaurant is open from 12pm to 3pm for lunch, either indoors or outdoors. We also offer snacks until 5pm.
Snacks and aperitifs
Our bar is open until 5pm, so you can enjoy a snack or an aperitif when you get back from the slopes!
In SUMMER
Gourmet snack
Our terrace welcomes you for a gourmet snack from 3pm to 5.30pm.
Aperitif
Enjoy an aperitif with a view from 4pm to 7pm. Homemade cocktails and tasty appetizers to share.
We do not offer lunchtime menus, but you can book a “hicking pack” (€15 per person) to eat during your mountain walk
